This Project Authorization & Intent to Proceed confirms
the undersigned business representative's intent to move
forward with Millionaire Productions
regarding the proposed digital business system and related
services presented by Millionaire Productions.
By signing this authorization, the undersigned confirms
their present intent to proceed and authorizes Millionaire
Productions to prepare for final project approval,
contracting, and payment arrangements.
This authorization is intended to document the business's
decision to proceed while the
Executive Director of Millionaire Productions
is traveling to the business location to complete the
remaining project arrangements in person.
Final Agreement & Payment
This authorization does not replace the final Service
Agreement. Final project scope, selected services, pricing,
payment terms, project requirements, and other contractual
terms will be established in the final Service Agreement.
No development, production, purchasing, printing,
programming, or other project work is required to begin
under this authorization alone.
Any required initial project payment will be handled
directly by the
Executive Director of Millionaire Productions
upon completion of the final Service Agreement.
No other representative presenting this authorization is
authorized to collect project payment.
